We understand that our customers furnish sensitive information to the Bank in the course of daily business, and the Bank is committed to treating such information responsibly. The Bank may disclose the following information to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements:
- Name
- Address
- Social security number
- Telephone number
A joint marketing agreement is a written agreement that requires the third party to maintain the confidentiality of the information that Carrollton Bank provides in the same manner the bank would. Carrollton Bank currently has a joint marketing agreement with First Bankcard to provide credit cards and credit card processing to Carrollton Bank customers.
Current law allows both of these information sharing practices. You do not have the option to opt out of either the affiliate sharing or joint marketing agreement.
FORMER CUSTOMERS
Carrollton Bank does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES
Carrollton Bank does not participate in any information sharing practices except as provided for in this notice and, as allowed by law.
